At Iraanya Heritage, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at iraanyaheritage@gmail.com or calling +91 79753 74343. Cancellations made after this period will not be accepted, as the order might already be processed for shipping. There are no cancellation charges, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment for all eligible cancellations.

If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, including all tags. Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We offer free return shipping — customers do not have to bear the cost of returning items. Simply contact our team to schedule a pickup or receive instructions. We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.

Please note, all items including those purchased during sales or with discounts are returnable, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria. Shipping charges (if any) applied during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

We’ll keep you updated about the refund status via email once the return has been processed. Iraanya Heritage reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
