Cancellation & Refund

At Iraanya Heritage, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers, including easy order cancellations and returns. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations beyond this window will not be accepted as the order may have already been processed or dispatched. For eligible cancellations within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. In case of a product return, customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team, a full refund will be processed to the customer’s original mode of payment. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
